
Troomi Digital Wellness
Troomi offers safe smartphones for kids, helping them stay connected while protecting them from online risks and digital threats.
Our marketing team undertook a rebrand to better align with the company’s mission and target demographic. We did extensive research, with my role primarily focused on the visual look and feel of the brand. I led the rebrand from that point to transform the brand from its outdated, childlike appearance into a more sophisticated brand focused on child safety & wellbeing. This transformation included designing an updated color palette, typography, photography, and other visual elements, all aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
I implemented the rebrand across the entire website and all digital assets, including social media, web pages, emails, revamped email journeys, promotional campaigns, enriched blog articles, ebooks, brochures, and others. These efforts drove business growth and increased customer engagement.
Rebrand
The rebrand culminated in the creation of the brand style guide. Paying tribute to the original Troomi orange, the updated color palette introduces a more modern and polished feel to the brand. Poppins was selected as the new typeface for its clean, modern look and legibility, moving away from the rounded, playful font used previously. It strikes a balance between authority and approachability. The photography approach focuses on real-life adventures and genuine connections, emphasizing a natural look with candid shots.

The first major implementation of the brand style guide was the company website. My role focused on ensuring all brand elements were consistent and cohesive, while working closely with our UX team, copywriters, and executive team.

Promotional Campaigns and Social Media
For all promotional campaigns I was responsible for taking provided copy and designing accompanying materials, including social media, advertising assets, emails, and any other design needs.






Email Designs
I was responsible for designing a series of emails as part of the new customer email journey. Working with the provided copy, I handled the entire design process, from layout and visual elements to ensuring a cohesive, engaging experience that aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.
Each new promotional campaign included a weekly email that I designed. Newsletter emails and any associated downloadable content were also sent out weekly and designed by me.
